Service Description

1. This is a 1-day RENTAL. 2. Setup times will be discussed prior to event date. Setup times occur between 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM the day of. All displays will be picked up between 7AM and 12 noon the day after your event. 3. A picture will be sent to cell phone number given after setup. 4. Please do not move, rearrange, play on or attach anything to the display. 5. Lawn care should be done at least 8 hours before date of installation (PLEASE WATER YOUR GRASS!!). 6. All animal droppings must be removed from area (Yard Greeting will not be installed if droppings are not removed). 7. A $15 repair fee will be applied if the greeting sign needs to be repaired due to tampering. 8. A $15-$50 fee per item(s) will be paid per yard sign(each individual item) or solar light that is damaged or stolen during rental time as you retain all liability. If a display is requested for another address other than your own, YOU RETAIN LIABILITY. 9. Please let an adult know at the address that we will be there on date booked. NO REFUNDS after payment, monies will only be applied to a future date that is available. NO REFUNDS for non-entry due incorrect or no gate code given. 2 attempts will be made to phone number provided on form. 10. You, the customer will contact Creative N'Spirations by Toya LLC by phone at 912-692-3031 if there are issues or concerns before or after setup. 11. *This shall serve as a rental agreement * 12.*Paying invoice will serve as signature and agreeing to terms. *
